20-Hour SAFE Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator Fundamentals (Virtual Classroom)
Learn federal law, ethics, and topics required of new RMLOs.
This course is the 20-hour SAFE required course to become a Mortgage Loan Originator. In this course, students will learn federal law, ethics, non-traditional mortgage products and elective topics. This 20-Hour SAFE course is required for all new RMLOs.

Important Information Related to 20-Hour SAFE Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator Fundamentals (Virtual Classroom) Course:
Textbook(s): A textbook is required to participate in any Live Broadcast class. Please obtain before the first day of class.
NMLS Missed Time Policy: As required by the NMLS, students in Loan QE/CE courses cannot miss more than 10 minutes of cumulative class time. Students who miss more than 10 minutes will be required to re-schedule at no charge.

This 20-Hour SAFE course is required to become a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. In this course, students will learn federal lending legislation (3 hrs), ethics (3 hrs), and nontraditional mortgage products (2 hrs). Also included are 12 hours of elective topics to provide a broad understanding of key concepts.
