Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS)
Designation

Specialize in Working with Affluent Clients in the Luxury Home Market! With the ALHS designation, you can demonstrate to your clients that you are among the elite agents in the country who specialize in working the luxury home market! This course will not only satisfy the necessary education requirement but it also earns you a 1-year membership to the Luxury Home Council upon completion. The course covers everything from luxury home market trends and establishing a niche to staging a luxury home listing.

Steps to Earning an ALHS Designation

Follow the steps outlined below to satisfy the requirements necessary to earn the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) Designation. Click each step for additional information including important resources that you might need along the way.

Step 1 - Complete the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) course.

The first step towards earning your ALHS designation will be to complete the two-day ALHS class with Champions School of Real Estate®. You must pass the class exam with an 80% or higher. The course is available via our ChampionsLive!® delivery method. We also offer an online version of the course via a third-party affiliate.

Please Note - If the ALHS course is taken online via our third-party affiliate, it is not approved for Texas CE Credit.

Step 2 - Complete your Achievement Verification Statement (AVS).

Within 24 months of completing your ALHS course, or any time before the course, you must close on two transactions where the purchase price is at least two times the average price in the local market. Once you have completed this step, your Broker will confirm the transactions on your Achievement Verification Statement (AVS). Submit this form to the Luxury Home Council to receive your designation.

Step 3 - Maintain good membership status with the Luxury Home Council.

All tuition fees include your first-year membership dues into designation associations including the Luxury Home Council. After your first year, the Luxury Home Council membership dues are $99/year. You will receive a renewal email at the beginning of the month that your membership expires, as well as a letter mid-month. You may pay your dues online or return your renewal form by mail. Phone orders are not accepted.

Step 4 - Display your ALHS designation logo in your advertisements.

Once you have met all of your designation requirements and officially been awarded your designation from the Luxury Home Council, you may call yourself an ALHS designee and display the ALHS logo on all of your advertisements.

ALHS Designation Course

The Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) Designation course is offered to anyone wanting to learn more about working the luxury home market. This 10-hour course can also be taken for CE credit in Texas only.
