Step 1 - Complete the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) course.

Complete the two-day ABR class with Champions School of Real Estate®.

Step 3 - Submit your ABR application.

Once your class is complete, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. You will receive an email from the ABR office with your application and instructions.

Step 4 - Submit necessary documentation showing that you have completed five transactions as the Buyer's Representative (without dual agency) within 36-months of completing the ABR class.

Necessary documentation for EACH transaction includes:

  • Copy of the signed buyer agency agreement OR purchase/sale agreement OR settlement statement/closing disclosure. The documentation must include your name and signature as the buyer's agent.
  • AND a copy of the settlement statement/closing disclosure or letter from your broker confirming that each transaction was successfully processed.
Step 5 - Maintain good membership status with REBAC and the NAR.

All tuition fees include your first-year membership dues into designation associations. After your first year, REBAC® membership dues are $110/year. Dues are billed annually, with your first invoice prorated to bring your membership to a calendar billing cycle.

The NAR® dues are $120 per agent. This amount is billed to all active REALTOR® and REALTOR® Associate members through their primary local association and is due by January 1st.

Step 6 - Display your ABR designation logo in your advertisements.

Once you have met all of your designation requirements, and officially been awarded your designation from REBAC, you may call yourself an ABR designee and display the ABR logo on all advertisements.
