Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
Designation

The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)® designation is the best qualification an agent can have when focusing on seller representation. It is designed to help agents reinvent how they work with sellers in today’s market. By earning the SRS® designation, a REALTOR® has demonstrated that they possess the necessary knowledge to apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want.

Steps to Earning an SRS Designation

Step 1 - Complete the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) course.
Complete the two-day SRS class with Champions School of Real Estate®.
Step 2 - Complete an SRS elective course.

Take an additional, NAR approved, course within 24 months after completing the SRS class. Champions School of Real Estate® offers:

  • Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR)
  • Military Relocation Professional (MRP)
  • Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA)
  • Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)
  • Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
  • ePro
Step 3 - Submit your application.
Once your classes are complete, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. You will receive an email from the SRS office with your application and instructions. The application may also be found here: https://www.rebinstitute.com/
Step 4 - Submit necessary documentation showing that you have completed three closed transactions as the seller's representative (without dual agency) within 24 month of completing the SRS course.
One transaction may be a lease. All transactions must be closed. You may use the transactions as long as you were an active participant representing the seller (which will be confirmed by your Broker on the Transaction form).
Step 5 - Maintain good membership status with the NAR.
All tuition fees include your first-year membership dues into designation associations. After your first year, the NAR® dues are $120 per agent. This amount is billed to all active REALTOR® and REALTOR® Associate members through their primary local association and is due by January 1st.
Step 6 - Display your SRS designation logo in your advertisements.
Once you have met all of your designation requirements, and officially been awarded your designation from REBI, you may call yourself an SRS designee and display the SRS logo on all advertisements.
