California DBO SAFE MLO
Learn California law and rules that are essential to your development as an RMLO.
This course will provide you with updated information on California law and rules, essential for your development and advancement as a residential mortgage loan originator. Topics covered include Department of Business Oversight Structure and Responsibilities, California Finance Lenders Law, California Code of Regulations, and California Residential Mortgage Lending Act. This course contains activities that allow you to apply concepts and facts that you’re learning to real-life situations. You will be asked to share your analysis and insights with your instructor and your cohorts in your class.
