Mississippi SAFE State Law
Required Mississippi state-specific Pre-Licensure education information.
This course provides four (4) hours of mandatory Mississippi state specific pre-licensure education (PE) information, which will ensure that you acquire proficiency in areas of study related to state laws/regulations mandating the licensing, registration, and business practices of Mississippi mortgage loan originators. Specifically this course covers state licensing requirements, state business requirements for licensees, non-compliant activities, and the disciplinary process for non-compliance.
