Required Loan Originator Courses

Oregon SAFE State Law
Required Oregon state-specific Pre-Licensure education information.
This course provides four (4) hours of mandatory Oregon state-specific pre-licensure education (PE) information to enable you to acquire proficiency in areas of study related to state laws/regulations that mandate the licensing, registration, and business practices of Oregon mortgage loan originators. Specifically, this course covers licensing requirements, record keeping and trusts, prohibited conduct, and investigations, liabilities and, hearings.
